UK, Germany, and Australia in one month – Nov 17

The end of the year can be a very busy month for our client Source Global Research, as they’re not only publishing their industry sector reports, they’re also projecting which consulting markets in the world will be the most buoyant for consultants in 2018.

This November was no exception. At the end of the second week of the month, Source’s founder, Fiona Czerniawska appeared on BBC Radio 5 Live talking about the impact of robotics and automation on the UK’s Professional Services industry. Then, five days later Handelsblatt, one of the leading German language business newspapers, published a news piece on the Source Global Research finding that the DACH consulting market (which grew 7.7% in 2016 to €9.36bn) topped The Global Market Attractiveness Index in 2018 – Source’s ranking of the world’s most attractive consulting markets.

Then, later in the month, we launched the Source Financial Services Consulting Market report to the UK press. Leading on the finding that banking, the largest consulting market within the global financial services industry, grew 8.4% to US$13.6billion in 2016, we achieved pieces in City AMThisismoney.co.ukThe Banker, and FTSE Global Markets.

To finish the month, we switched our attentions to Oz, and we achieved this piece in The Australian Financial Review.
