The Economist….again – Aug 25
Widely regarded as one of the leading global journals providing commentary and analysis on economics, politics, business, technology, culture, and science, for any PR agency The Economist is a challenging publication to secure media coverage in.
Despite this, we managed to secure a second piece in less than two years in The Economist in August, when Source Global Research’s (Source) CEO, Fiona Czerniawska was interviewed for her views on whether McKinsey has lost its edge as being the world’s most illustrious consultancy for the last 100 years. Fiona commented in this piece how strategy work (an area McKinsey is famed for), is changing by saying: “Strategy projects combine deep cogitation with a good deal of grunt work.”
Prior to this piece, last year Fiona was once again interviewed and we supplied Source data for this piece, Have McKinsey and its consulting rivals got too big? This feature included data from Source that ranked sustainability projects tenth in its list of consulting client priorities for 2024, down from fourth in the previous year.
Let’s see if we can make it three years in a row in 2026, if not before!
