People & Tech Talent – March 25
For our longstanding client, global tech recruiters Harvey Nash (owned by Nash Squared), we have had a very busy February and March providing data and commentary on a range of people, talent and management issues.
In Diginomica, Peter Birch, Director of the Global Digital and Technology Practice at Harvey Nash kicked things off with his views on digital leadership trends.
Shortly after, Helen Fleming, executive director for search & specialisms at Harvey Nash, said in Verdict: “We’re seeing that the war for AI talent is very concentrated in senior level roles at the Big Tech giants – as there is a unique set of circumstances where these firms have lots to gain by being quick out of the blocks in developing cutting edge AI tools.”
This article was closely followed by two pieces in Forbes, the first using data from the Nash Squared Digital Leadership Report, and the second using data from the Harvey Nash Tech Talent & Salary Report.
Then for International Women’s Day we interviewed Nash Squared CEO, Bev White to support in providing this Computer Weekly viewpoint on diversity in tech. Bev’s also been busy this month commenting in ZDNet.com on how to make your teams more productive and on how to escape middle management to fast track your journey to the top.
Finally, to finish off the month, we supported Helen Fleming in writing this Computing viewpoint on ageism in the tech sector.
